First of all, I would like to introduce our company: TONTON SPORTSWEAR Co., Ltd.

We are a professional sportswear , which has experiences in this fields over 13 years.

This Company is so humane that can give employees chances to develop themselves. I changed my job to become a salesman after two years. But i still remember the experiences of my fist order transaction.

As a rookie of the year, I also took a lot of detours, but later found that detours are not terrible, to reach the ultimate goal on the line matters. As long as you do not give up, you can always realize your goals.

Still remembered the first order is 45 singlets cooperation which has 3 different designs, using the sublimation  + Screen printing +Woven label , fabric is 160g eyelet mesh fabric.

It is a very nice customer. We just spend much time to make preparation work before printing.

Customer wanted to change design again and again after design already confirmed, which made me embarrassed to chat with our designer to updated design. When i got close to doubt my life, customer said Perfect. At that time, I really felt very happy in my heart, my efforts was not in vain. Since i already updated design for seven times, God knew how corrupted i was .

Company has rules : Design can not be updated once hand samples was confirmed. If customer insist to change design, then customer should hand in extra fee. But my customer changed it again and again, which made me embarrassed to open my mouth to chat with designer.  It is good that everything goes well eventually.

In the end, the client sends a sentence: Thank you for your patience with me. Although the process is painful, when I see this, all efforts was become worthy .
