NBA star Stephen Curry, known as the "Brother of the Warriors" and the "shooter who can do anything," reached an unprecedented peak in his career in 2022 when he led the Warriors to the Finals six times and won a fourth championship, but his path has not been smooth. Not being optimistic and setbacks are indispensable.
Apple TV+ debuts this year's exclusive documentary, "Stephen Curry: Underrated," profiling the reigning MVP on and off the court. The documentary will premiere at the 10-day Solitaire Festival, which begins Jan. 19.
As the most influential player in NBA basketball, Stephen Curry, who is only 188cm tall, can be described as "small and thin" on the court. He once experienced that no NCAA basketball school was willing to offer a scholarship, and received most of the feedback of "lack of height" in NBA draft. Until he was selected by the Warriors, he began to write a story about his career. To this day, he became the first unanimous MVP in NBA history.
The documentary, directed by Peter Nicks and produced by "Black Panther" creators Ryan Coogler and Erick Peyton, will be shown in select national cinemas before being released exclusively on Apple TV+.
