Give It Up NBA/Lakers? The Nets Plan To Announce That Teams Will Not Trade Irwin

According to Shams Charania of The Athletic, The Nets have made it known to other teams interested in Kyrie Irving that they plan to keep The controversial offensive star.

After exercising his contract option for next season, Irwin spent the rest of the season working out WITH his teammates and having in-depth discussions with the club, AND he is HAPPY TO remain in Brooklyn, the report said.

The Nets, on the other hand, are looking forward to seeing what kind of spark a returning Ben Simmons can spark with Kevin Durant and Kevin Irwin, as well as Joe Harris. For the time being, though, Durant's trade woes continue.
