MLB Japanese star Otani Xianghei contract will expire after the end of next year's season, each team is preparing to steal, a few days ago, Angels manager Perry Minasian said in an interview that they will do their best to keep Otani Xianghei after the season.
Arte Moreno, the owner of the Angels, chose to continue the business after a sale. Menassi was interviewed recently to discuss the future plans of the Angels, including Otani, who said he would like to see Otani stay with the Angels "for a long, long time."
Menassi said the organization loves Otani. "I'm sure all of us, the organization, want to see him here for a long time." He also said that he knows Otani wants to win, but believes that anything is not impossible, which seems to respond to Otani's desire to win the championship team. Menashe expressed his intention to stay with Otani, but did not disclose the content and duration of the conversation.
The Angels agreed TO a one-year, $30 million deal WITH OHtani this season, AVOIDING salary arbitration. Otani will become a free agent next year, and teams have offered olive branches, and the outside world is optimistic that Otani has a chance to challenge about $500 million.
