Germany captain and striker Alexandra Popp hit the net in the 11th and 39th minutes to give her team a 2-0 lead at the end of the first half.
At the start of the second half, midfielder Klara Buehl scored in the 46th minute to give Germany a 3-0 lead.
In the 54th minute, Morocco defender Hanane Ait El Haj set up an own goal and put the ball into his own net to give Germany a 4-0 lead. Similarly, Morocco defender Zineb Redouani kicked the ball into his own net in the 79th minute to give Germany a 5-0 lead.
In the 90th minute, the German team took a 6-0 lead thanks to striker Lea Schueller, who came on as a substitute.
In the whole game, the German team had 15 shots and 7 shots on target. Morocco, by contrast, had only six shots on goal, four of them on target. Morocco is the first Arab team to qualify for the tournament.
